Cybinix aims to deal with complaints in a transparent and practical way. If you are not satisfied, please contact us so we can work toward a solution.

How to submit a complaint

You can submit a complaint by email to info@cybinix.com. Please include:

  • Your name and company name
  • Your contact details
  • A clear description of the complaint
  • Any relevant order, quote, or project reference
  • Any documents or screenshots that help explain the issue

Response time

Cybinix aims to confirm receipt of your complaint promptly and provide a substantive response within 14 days. If more time is needed, you will be informed.

Resolution approach

Depending on the situation, a complaint may be addressed through clarification, correction, a revision round, a practical workaround, or another proportionate solution.

Escalation

If the parties cannot reach a solution together, they may consider the dispute handling route stated in the relevant agreement or seek legal advice where appropriate.
